We have rental property in and around Corsicana, Texas and we provide airport shuttle service to DFW and Love Fields. Background
We have been in the rental property business sense 1977. We started with 12 apts. called Town House Apartments. In 1998 we built 6 more apts. behind the Town House Apts.. These apts. are handicap accessible with w/d connections in the new apts. We have a total 30 apts. and houses in Corsicana.
Lease we use
We have been a member of Texas Apartment Association National Apartment Association sense 1977. We have been using the TAA lease forms that are recognized thought the Texas and the U.S.A.

The Town House Apts. are located on the corner of 24th.St.and Elmwood Ave. The address is 1025 North 24th. St. We have 3 bedroom/2 bath apts. that are 1000 sq.ft. and 2 bedroom/2bath apts. that are 900 sq. ft. Our newer apts. are 2bd/2bath with w/d connections in each apt. The downstairs apts. are handicap accessible. We have covered parking for each apt and we have a laundry room also available and we have 8'x5' storage rooms for rent.

We have several rent homes located in Corsicana. The price of our homes very from $400. to $950.00. Most of our houses are 3 bedrooms with 2 baths. You can take a look at our other web pages title houses.
Requirements
We require all prospective tenants to fill our the TAA application form. There is a $28.00 fee. All of our properties requires a deposit fee of $275.00 to $500.00. All apts. are rented for no less than 9 months lease and the houses for no less than 1 year lease. You can get an on line TAA application. This will be through a secure area. You can send money order for the application fee by Western Union.
